Statistically, Boston has won every World Series theyve played since 1918 by a sweep (2004,2007) and lost every series theyve played since 1918 (1946, 1967, 1975, 1986) in 7 games. Perhaps the REAL Curse of the Bambino is that the Red Sox wont be able to win a game 7. Its awfully suspicious that they havent won a World Series at home since 1918...when Babe Ruth last played there. And here we Cardinals fans were worried that we are going back to Boston and that the Red Sox have home field advantage. If the Cardinals force a game 7, it might prove to be curse field advantage. Oh...and game 7 would be played on Halloween...heres hoping for a game 7!
