Status Update By Tanya Mote It has always been the practice of Su Teatro and our venerable community to pass down history, tradition, culture and positive self-identity to the next generation. We have a spectacular opportunity to profoundly affect the development of our young leaders who will be responsible for passing down our heritage, history and culture to future generations. Our young company has an unprecedented opportunity to participate in LATC Encuentro 2014 for four weeks in October and November. For four weeks the hardest working, most idealistic and energetic teatro you will ever meet will perform before national audiences on the LATC stage and engage in learning, exchange and collaboration with other teatros from across the country. This is the first opportunity of this caliber that most of these young artists have had to refine their craft, expand their vision and engage in exchange.
