Status Update For Thursday, 10/31/2013 @ 10:30 am: Good Morning Everyone and Happy Halloween too you all! I would like too report that today is Day # 84 of living sober! I am focused and on track too my next goal that will have a lot of meaning too me of 100 days living sober. I know that I can do this and everyday I live a sober life is one step closer to my ultimate goal of regaining my life and my family back once again. There is so much for me too fix, the emotional damage, the financial damage, the loss of trust and respect. It is a tall order for sure. But by being a sober man once again and once I regain my footing, I will fix all the damage my drinking had done. I know that it will not happen over night, I wish that I had a magic wand and could just wave it and make it so. But, I cannot. But I will stay the course and continue to move forward as fast and as best I can. I have a couple questions for you guys also today. I of course am in need of full time work if possible. I will do anything at all, even outside of my profession. I really need to get this next step in my recovery jump started guys. So, if any of you guys of course around the Cartersville Georgia area, it would be wonderful. If possible, have something you could consider me for or know of someone who may be able to offer work, please pass this along. Or let them know of my current situation. Another very important area right now is also the housing issue. I really need to find even if it is just a room with a bed in it. Again around the area here would be great but, other areas will of course will work if that is the only option. Once again, if you dont know of or have anything, please let others know as well. Maybe some will know of something or may have something themselves. I know that I will get through this but, your continued support is such a help for me right now. Now here is an update on the car fund. Ok, guys now onto the daily report for my plan to have a small car again so I may continue on my road to becoming self sufficient once again. Through this morning, the 3rd day of this campaign, and because of the kindness and generosity that was shown, contributions are at $180.00 ! Remember everyone the very realistic goal is anywhere between $850.00 through around maybe $950.00 . That figure does not count tax, tags, and insurance down payment. Contributions will help me purchase a small reasonably priced car, that is not fancy but reliable and will allow me to work in a funeral home doing anything until I have earned enough to sit for the Georgia State Licensing Exam for Funeral Director / Embalmer. And break this endless cycle I have been going through. Once I have earned the cost for my license here in Georgia which is $350.00 I will apply online and have the opportunity to sit for the exam. I will only go upwards from here my friends. The past is in the past and that man as far as I am concerned is dead. I am being re born into the man I need to be. Should anyone of you wish to help me out with getting a fresh start on life again and wish to make any contribution, I am very grateful for anything you wish to do.
