Status update on the Kenney kids first TKD tourney of the season- Joseph- Gold in forms and finished tied for second in the grand champion forms competition (2nd degree won and he tied a girl that was also a 2nd degree) did I mention he received his black belt in November? Silver in sparring and had a really good match with a 3rd degree (video to follow) Trinity- Gold in forms won by 2 tenth of a point very close and could have gone either way. Gold in sparring- waited till the last minute to win but won on a beautiful axe head kick! Anyssa Bronze in forms- I asked if she knew what she did that was wrong and she said yes, and I asked why, and she said because I panicked Finalist in sparring didnt go as we planned but thats another story for another day All in all I am not only a very happy coach Im a proud daddy and that is the best feeling in the world!
