Stay away from Sagebrush steak house in Newport, went there last night, got a rack of ribs for me, wife had steak, kids had a burger, and chicken tenders, ok so every table cloth was so old the corners all have holes in them, asked to be seated in front of the tv, was put clear across the empty dining room, anyhow, food comes, ribs are cold and my kids chicken looked like it was refried from last night, so sent 2 of 4 back to the kitchen, round two was good enough to eat, rack of ribs they give me one napkin about 4 square, waitress ask are we good about halfway through, I asked for napkins, about 5 minutes go by, she walks by and I say dont worry about more napkins, I only ordered a full rack of ribs, finally she brings them, I get done, go to the rest room to wash my hands, no paper towels to dry them, as I come out all waitress are standing around and I say, I couldnt dry my hands theres no paper towels, nightmare, the worse part it was my wifes birthday and it was ruined, Im never shy about letting the staff know if they did their job, manager acted like she didnt care about any of it, asked me how she should handle the food having to be sent back, Ill never go back there and I advise anyone else to stay away also.
