Stay classy Detroit: Detroit (now-ex) Judge Wade McCree says he is immune to legal action and the 6th circuit Court agrees with him. In 2012 a Judge from prominent Detroit Black family (father was Solicitor General under Democrat Jimmy Carter) was caught taking naked selfies of himself in Detroits judges chambers while having an affair with a woman whose child custody case he was handling. Judge Wade McCree said he exercised poor judgment when he got involved with a woman a double dozen years my junior but goes on to explain there no shame in my game (referring to the pics). The woman (Geniene LaShay Mott) had dragged her ex-boyfriend into court on felony charges that he was ducking out on his child support. The judge and woman hit it off and the two of them were a couple while he was overseeing her child support case where he forced the man to make high child support payments. In response to questions, the judge said: I was lonely, McCree said. Certain things werent as wonderful as I would have liked in my 25 years of marriage. ... I was vulnerable but my nose was open. I knew what I was doing. The woman indicated that she is pregnant but declined to say whether the judge is the father. The man wants to sue the judge but the Court says he cant because he is protected by immunity. The Michigan Supreme Court suspended him without pay for 6 years to prevent him from running and getting -reelected in Detroit.
