I dont care if you only walk around the block 1x day or get your groove on with a Sussanne Somers aerobics dvd 3x week. I just care that youre doing something and that your consistent. Far too often do i hear ppl say that come janaury they are going to go to the gym 7 days a week for an hour. By January 15th, its 3x a week and by February 1st its zero. Choose something that works for you, enough for your body to see results and then stay consistent. Happy training ans happy goal setting!
