We are exactly ONE SHORT WEEK AWAY from the BIGGEST EVENT in Silver and Black Empire History...( not that we have a long history , we were only founded a few years ago..but thats not the point, this is still BIG) We have Raider Family from all over the country, and even from as London coming to party with US! I dont mind telling you, I get to read the posts and the mail directed to the club, and every one of those letters carries the same sentiment, about how excited everyone is to come to the Greatest City in the World and Hang with the Raider Nation of New York City! I can tell you all , it is our honor to serve the Nation in anyway we can, I know we will make you proud. Even though there is no Raider Football on today, there is still games so I am manning my post at Peter Dillons, As I do, If anyone needs to settle up with me for the Tailgate, I am in the office till about 8:00, otherwise inbox me and we can get that taken care of, but please do it EARLY in the week as my personal schedule is a little nutty this week to accommodate my weekend plans. Once again, I can not stress this enough, If you SMOKE, bring your ciggs with you, they cost $13 a pack here in NYC, All those little toilitries that you say , Ill pick up when I get there... pack em and save some coin! Learn where all the Subways go , you can download an app on your iPhone or Android, Ill be posting which lines to take where during the week. Its going to be COLD! I repeat, COLD! I dont know what passes for cold in your neck of the woods, but here we have NY cold! Dress in LAYERS! Game time temperatures are going to be in the low 30s, and if you are in the Meadowlands, just take off another 15 degrees, Its COLD! NYC stores dont stock much Raiders gear, so bring it all with you! LADIES, if you have not already, please procure a plastic-see through bag for inside the stadium next week, as per new NFL security regulations! They are available at the Raider Image, and there is a discount code this week, if you need one , order early so its hear for next week.
