Stayed home after my massage, and made an other attempt @ home made protein bars........I am happy to announce they are Mr. Chris approved. lol I c. or rice syrup 1 bag of Kemit cereal 1/4 c cashews 1/4 c walnuts 1/4 cup pecans 1 cup peanut butter 2 Tlbs. PB2 4 scoops vin. protein powder Warm rice syrup (or honey) peanut butter Pb2 in sauce pan take off stove add nuts, pour over Kemit, here is where the sticky part comes in mix with hands lol Yes they are healthy and really glorified rice crispy treats. LOLOLOL
