Stayed laying in bed for three hours. Decided to write an article on Dail Life Struggles on FACING THE ISSUE OF STUCKSTRATED -Katrina F. Cui We may be STUCK and FRUSTRATED with what seems to be currently happening in our lives; wishing and hoping that we can get the things we want to happen, happen. Hoping that someday, people would change, or that our job would give us a raise and better benefits. Or wishing you had much better skin, and stopped spending on beauty regimens. Hoping some day, we could meet the man of our dreams. But sometimes we have to think twice. What we want isnt often times the right thing for us. And thats when we become frustrated and stuck because we fight what nature and God is leading us to. We tend to contradict the natural flow of things by being stubborn and impatient. We have to stop. Take a look inside, and take a look outside. How I see it, is that whatever career, or partner, or job, or life we have and want to have, all depends up to us. Thats the easy part. The more difficult part, is finding meaning in each task we do. This requires a little bit more than just a definition. We need to have a more positive, clearer, spiritual and deeper understanding on the purpose of each of our tasks. Focusing more on the example of our careers, we do not just let the job become a job. We make the job part of our lives by creating strong relationships with workmates through teamwork, re-affirmation, and respect towards each other. As long as it continues to bring food on the table, without compromising time for family and our relationship with out partners, or any other being in that account, then, there is no reason to leave that job. But if you let impatience, frustration, negativity, low self-esteem and anger get the best of you, then you are finding every reason to leave a probable promising future in that job, or that relationship. NEGATIVE: Selfishness. Pride. Resentment. Anger. Discontentment versus POSITIVE: Selflessness. Humility. Acceptance. Kindness. Grateful. Focusing on the positive side of things allows us to step out of the box and get the bigger picture. We no longer have a horses-vision just focusing on our own lives. But rather, we become aware of others lives. We start to trust in God and our fellowmen, therefore allowing the better forces to take over. In return, we come to understand that where we are is the result of how much interest and effort we put into. Then we begin to value, not just our job, or our relationship, or imperfections,. We begin to value ourselves. And therefore, the goal is to make our life a wholesome experience. Valuing our self by valuing others. And creating an environment were life becomes full of meaning and purpose. Cheers to a beautiful day everyone. May we all wake up to this understanding.
