Staying accountable here! Workout done, healthy breakfast done, and meals planned for the rest of the day! To stay on track it is best to come up with a plan and a schedule. Block out time each day to get your list checked off. If that means waking up early to get your workout in then do it or if you have to meal prep and plan on a day off then do it. The more prepared you are the better your chances of success. Make a plan and stick to it and you will achieve your goals.
