Staying fit and healthy requires discipline and commitment. There are no short cuts, magic formulas or super supplements that will insure long term results. If someone is promising you great abs in just 10 minutes, they are probably misleading you. The time necessary for results may vary or occur slowly depending on the individual. It’s the pain and discomfort of exercise that gets you results, it’s also what weeds out the undisciplined and uncommitted. Diet without exercise will limit your results as will exercise with a poor diet. You may not see the changes immediately, but they will happen if you don’t quit.
