Staying up for a while so I can check on Tif and the boys. Started out with ear and sinus infections for them. Just when they were feeling a little better they started vomiting/diarrhea. They missed one Thanksgiving already and it doesnt look good for the next one. Matt is taking care of everyone and praying he doesnt get it. In fact, everyone was so sick (Matt included last weekend) but they needed groceries. Quickly ran to Meijers. It was a mad house there. Had some issues with the self scan. Tif sat down and Matt finished scanning. At 11:30 that night Tif asked Matt for the receipt. Matt: I dont have the receipt, you paid Tif: I dont have the receipt, you paid Realized that no one paid. Just walked out with 157 dollars worth of groceries. Called Meijers- was told to call back in the morning. Called in the morning and after some hunting, they found the unpaid receipt. Tif: what do we do? Do you want us to come back over and pay? Meijers: if you want, if not , we can send the SWAT team to your house She thinks they were joking. Matt went over and paid. Still dont know how it happened. Tif is hoping the person running the self scan didnt get into any trouble.
