Stealing from a patient is not just cruelty but attempted murder and such people deserve no respect in our society. I imagine patients in our hospitals with no food and some dying due to malnutrition and yet we have a First Lady Getrude Mutharika taking this money from NAC, money intended for good cause to help those ego are worse off in our society. Then her husband Peter Mutharika siphoning 50 million kwacha from NAC to distribute to journalists and bribe anyone gullible to get cheap popularity. I have heard of pastors stealing from church but when it is our Head of State with no shame and no apology I wonder where is this country going? And to add an insult to an injury he fails to address people how he will be solving the problems of water, inflation, poor salaries and deteriorating economic situation. The only excuse is to find time at state house like sitting in Nollywood studio and construct CCTV footage to find ways of shifting the blame to others. I must admit, he must be the worst ever leader in our history so far.
