Step Up For Soldiers will be the Grand Marshal at this years Pleasure Island Christmas Parade Friday evening, December 6th. We will have a Hummer, Step Up truck, a float, and lead car with the Grand Marshal all leading the parade. We need a recently discharged veteran or two from Iraq or Afghanistan and from Pleasure Island, preferably, to be the Grand Marshal. We also need active duty and veterans to man the float and truck and as many of our core volunteers as we can muster to walk along side and throw candy and give out SUFS cards. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested or know someone who may be.
