Step overs with holding 5 lbs in each hand, throwing ball with therapist, hip flexor work, belly button to spine is back !, standing balance board press arms down into ball on table, adductor snd abductor machine 12.5 lbs to start , spinal twists with legs parallel today, and lying side raises & clams !! Today abs still pulling a little as they adjust back to reality -- here comes my body!!! Need a lot more leg and core but weakness is finalllllly leaving which means pain on its way out
