Stephan Jäckel Stephan Stephan Jäckel Business Consultant Hello Monir, I do not understand your question whether there is a market for this oil or not when yu write a Little bit later that you will sell the oil in your local market and Export the rest. This would mean that you already have identified customers and and found supply chains by which you can get the product to them and have calculated the market price. See, everything starts with your business model and this model and the calculations within it are the only thing your business decision should be based upon for one simple reason: Any banks or VCs, seed capital donors, crowninvestors or other people will base their decision to finance you on the same paper plus your confident presentation of your business plan. Your market may be small or large, close-by or far away; your first goal must be to be able to supply these markets at an acceptable price along with a revenue for your business. If you can achieve this size or distance do not matter. They may just become factors when one day you may be forced to defend these markets. I have no idea about your actual product and what you think it will do better for customers or cheaper than what they use now and if this surrogat would be accepted by customers. While I understand your desire to win an amount of certainty about the endevour you are about to enter in the end nothing and nobody and non ones wrds or advice can serve you as well as what you have researched and planned by yourself or with your team / close family/friends. You must in the end find out by yourself in the market itself and put this knowledge to use in formulating your business model and writing your business plan. If you are home in Bangladesh then you may an to start there. If you have Little finances but cheap biomass think about starting biomass export first and learn about international trade of energy-feedstock and demand, make real-life connections. Going through a learning-curve and having experience will never be a bad thing once you wish to make a step forward and start with the business you really have in mind. Just my 2 Eurocents of thought.
