**StepnUpQ&C** Anon Poster Can you please post this? I am basically “re-divorcing” my ex-husband now that he is out of jail and now getting some placement of our two children, who my current husband and I have been raising 100% for the past five years. This is an opportunity to correct anything I left out in the first divorce settlement and I want to make sure that I don’t leave out a single detail- my ex is a narcissistic psychopath who will take a mile with every inch given. In our state, you can always be flexible if you want to by mutual agreement- but I want every single detail put in the court papers. With my husbands divorce- we really wish he had put drop off/pick up times for exchanges, for example. No one suggested that to him (not even his attorney) when he was creating his divorce agreement. Now- his ex-wife willy nilly drops the children off every other Sunday when we get them back anytime between 8am and 9pm- without any type of warning! It’s horrible!! Summer is even worse. I- on the other hand- had drop off/pick up times (of course, my ex was in jail so it didn’t matter)- but I didn’t have him ordered to contribute to any variable expenses- at all- where my husband pays 100% of his. So here is my question- what do wish you had put in your parenting plan that you DIDN’T? (Or your spouses…) What are you really glad you DID put in yours? I have a clean slate here…. I don’t want to waste it!
