Steve sent this message to us that Im hoping our clever Facebook fans can help out with: So I adopted this kitten over a month ago.. and I thought he was a Siamese. It turns out hes not. I believe hes either a Birman or a Ragdoll, but I really dont know how to tell. The descriptions of the two are very similar and both can have the Himalayan (Siamese) like pattern and eye color. He also goes floppy when I pick him up (like a Ragdoll cat would), but not always. Male Ragdolls however can grow up to 20 pounds, which is quite large. Does anyone have an idea from the picture on what he might be (Hes definitely not Siamese, because his fur is long and soft)?
