Stick a fork in me, babeeee....I am DONE. 12 quarts and 19 pints of tomato sauce. 23 jars of salsa. My kitchen island is full. My kitchen counter is full. But there are no more loose tomatoes in my house. (Until tomorrow anyway). I have roughly 3 dozen ears of corn to can tomorrow. And about 9 pounds of okra to dehydrate too. Might not get to that until evening...have to see how it goes. Have to call the AC guy first thing tomorrow morning...it is 85 degrees in the kitchen/living room right now. Thought I was gonna have heat stroke a couple of times there today... I cant do that again and its supposed to be 90 tomorrow.
