Stick to the Constitution. Then, there is no issue about who arrives here when and from where. If anyone does not like what the Constitution says, there are two things you can do:- 1. Sue the Federal Government and take it to the Supreme Court to declare the disliked clause as ultra vires. 2. Table a bill in the Dewan Rakyat, get two-thirds of the votes and, if the offending clause impacts the rights & privileges of the Bumiputras and the Malay Rulers, obtain the consent of the Conference of Rulers. If you cannot do (1) and (2), then stick to the existing Constitution. It is so stated in the Rukunegara. Why should you abide by the Rukunegara? Because you are a citizen of Malaysia. If you do not want to abide by the Rukunegara, then do get yourself another citizenship.
