Still a few steps before the new life starts. That said, I need to say Ive loved my time in the hospitality industry. Ive worked at restaurants, bars, country clubs, hotels and resorts for over 20 years and run places in New York, San Diego, Miami and Sacramento. Ive also successfully opened over a dozen restaurants which are still thriving. I will ALWAYS have Spectrum Restaurant Consulting, its my baby. Im great at what I do and Im not ashamed to say the industry is losing a champion. I never gave myself enough credit. Not the most modest statement but ya know what? i get to brush my shoulders off one time for all the times I was taken advantage of and under appreciated in this business. Cheers.
