Still coding. Its just before 2AM on a Saturday night--a holiday weekend no less--and Id just like to point out that Ive been coding almost continuously, every waking hour, for months. Ive hit 100 days on codivate, and Im in the top 25 of all coders! I dont know what that means either, but is sounds good so Im owning it. What I do know is that its a tool that taps into my text editor, and measures actual coding. Not sitting and thinking, not looking up docs on the web, not designing interfaces in illustrator, not banging my head against the wall and begging for mercy, just typing in code. codeivate/users/leaderboard (#22 at the moment MrJoshua) Have I mentioned that I dont like to code? Id much prefer to be working on a film project. However, Ive recently been reminded of a phrase from my youth. Failure is not an option. So I will get back to work now.
