Still cold but warming! Most temperatures now above zero with high temperatures this afternoon in the teens. Wind chill temperatures should be above zero this afternoon. Public information statements have been sent out with snowfall amounts, coldest wind chill temperatures, and peak wind gusts. For snowfall most locations got under an inch in the last 24 hours. In the Syracuse area there was a fresh 2 to 5 inches. The coldest wind chill temperatures of 10 to 35 below zero and wind gusts of 20 to 40 mph were last evening.
