Still de-loading from the last 6 weeks of powerlifting. Easy sets of 10 reps on the hack squat to start my leg workout! Have you been hitting the gym hard for 6 weeks/8weeks/12+weeks? Are you still noticing progression? Or are you starting to lose steam? Maybe it is time to scale back for a couple of weeks and de-load! Scaling your workouts back and going about 50%-75% for a couple of weeks will help give your body the rest it needs to heal and recoup so you can hit it hard again!
