Still floating and in awe from the blessings that God showered down on us at Ark in the Park! Thank You Lord for the vision and Your provision! Donations were still coming in the door as we prepared to leave for the Park! God did GREATER, GREATER GREATER! The Ark In the Park team was all hands on deck as we prayed for the souls who showed up! Our hearts were overjoyed at the smiles on the kids faces as they received their free school supplies and munched on free hotdogs and chips! The young, the old, men, women and children, literally lined up on the brick wall, for prayer. What a blessing it was to see my cousins Galetial Davis and Brother Gene, from El Bethel COGIC, show up unexpectedly, and just in time for Bro Gene to win the free Walmart gift card we gave away! He was only there 15- 20 mins and God blessed him!! Pastor Fred Clayton, Pastor Raymond Like, Deacon Gardner and Bro Rob Smith held signs and drew the crowd in, while Pastor Phillip Harris, Lady JP Harris, Minister Gerry Anderson, Melody Aintnothinglikethereal, Tracey Love, Pat Love, me and Annette Rodgers-Johnson prayed and witnessed to the souls! The crowd enjoyed the music provided by Minister Gerry Anderson and were led into praise and worship by the beautiful sounds of Sis Melody, who sang until heaven opened up! You know Pastor Clayton was on the mic too! Brittany Tralynn Clayton was amazing on food duty! The support of Pastor Myrten E. Byrd Jr., Supt. TJ Rodgers, Mo Carrie Rodgers, Elder Johnathan Rodgers, Lady Lena Like, Sis Smith, Kim Armstrong, members of All Things Are Possible Worship Center, Evangelist Shene Bogan, The Berkley City Council members and private donors from the city of Berkley and others, has us at a loss for words! We thank God for favor and for Saints and Community leaders, who caught the vision and helped us run with it! The unselfhish partnership was truly wonderful! Be on the lookout, Ark in the Park may be in your community next! IT REALLY IS ALL ABOUT SOULS, UNITY AND COMMUNITY!
