Mark Chay (MC): The current executive committee has been given eight years to do a lot of things. I am not saying that they did a bad job, I am saying that perhaps new ideas have to be introduced in order to bring swimming to a higher level. Joscelin Yeo (JY): The athletes commission is something that has been in place already, given its been a little bit quiet and non-existent for the last couple of years. But its definitely something I want to resurrect.
