Still having an epic time in Japan. Took a trip to Kyoto a few weeks ago to practise with friends from Doshisha University leading up to the All Japan University Championships in Osaka. It was a massively inspiring experience as I got to practise with some Japan national team competitors and other amazing athletes. I tried to keep this vibe up but recently it became a bit difficult with the heat, humidity and injury becoming more and more of a challenge. Doing my best to man up and push through to improve and give back to all the kind people who have helped and believed in me! Recently got a job at an English school and will also give private conversation lessons starting from next week (thanks to the legend John Ratigan). Looking forward to seeing the Hong Kong guys and training hard for Karate1 Premier League Okinawa where I hope I can do Ireland proud! 頑張って Heres some pictures from a temple/maze/mountain we got lost on in our free time
