Still on Nigeria Vs USA match last night which i saw a disjointed team with no strategy or formular! I have not seen any tactical variations to the SE play in all three games played so far. Thats worrying. Keshi must go into counterattacking mode for the following reasons. (1) We have very pacy forwards like Emenike, Musa, Moses and even Osaze who thrive more in ope spaces and tend to be lost in crowded defences. (2) Our defence is a worry, so as much support as they can get will be welcome. (3) There is Mikel who can pick out a man on the run from deep, so let the SE draw opponents into their half and create spaces at the back for our okada(Kymco) boys. What we currently play is a slow build up game reminscent of our games from a long time ago. This is not how we played in South Africa in which we marked together and counter atatck together. And that is why Brown Ideye is needed in that team more than Flavour Michael Uchebo and Slow Ameobi who can not run. However i just and can only hope that SOK is playing a mind game and wayo by not revealing his secrets and how he want to play to there various opponents. We are watching.
