Still on the fence about running a fall marathon? Come to CARAs renowned Super Clinic this Sunday at the Northwestern University School of Medicine from 11am - 4pm. Guest speakers will include Hal Higdon, Carey Pinkowski, Tera Moody and many others. You will learn about what it takes to train for a marathon whether you are a first timer or looking to qualify for Boston as well as scores of information on nutrition, injury prevention, strength training, running gear, running form and more! The Super Clinic is open to all and you do not need to be signed up in our training program to attend (but we guarantee you that you will sign up by the end of the day)! See you on Sunday!
