Still praying for President Nelson Mandela (Madiba) whose condition has deteriorated in the Pretoria hospital. I hope he makes it alive. Merciful God heal him! Amen. When he was elected President, many South African whites were scared, ready to fight or fly. The concessions that he made to maintain them as part of South Africa has and will go a long way to speed the full integration of all the people of South Africa. No Statesman holds up 100% in the harsh vision of looking back, but given a very racially divided rainbow nation occasion with the huge problems he was facing then, he did extremely well at starting the nation on the road to equality. He is an Icon of what is good about the Human Race. He is my Role Model!
