Still stuck in the old when it comes to working out? Old mindsets that have been keeping you from experience greater levels of fitness are holding many hostage. There is no end to the out-dated information that is still being circulated through the health and fitness grapevine. Glory, Glory, Hallelujah, things have changed! Long, boring aerobic workouts are a thing of the past. Spending hours working each body part, gone. Split workout routines, over. Staying in the fat-burning zone, hogwash! And these are just a few old fashioned exercise philosophies that have gone by the wayside for anyone whos been paying any attention at all. And if you havent been paying attention, maybe youre just looking for a better, more effective and efficient way to achieve a higher level of fitness without spending hours doing it, youre in luck! When you join or Group Training Sessions you will soon find out that were not messin around. We really dont waste any time doing out-dated, ineffective, long, boring workouts. In fact, some of my clients come only twice a week and do no other type of athletic training and Id put my money on them every time when it comes to comparing their overall fitness abilities to others who may spend way more time working out than them. Now, Im not trying to brag because believe me, they work their little behinds off every time. The secret to their awesomeness lies in their willingness to dig deep and give it their all for a shorter amount of time because they know what they are doing works. Theyve experienced amazing results and might I say, they look MARVELOUS! Strong, fast, agile, are just a few adjectives I would use to describe these women. We use a type of training that involves multi-muscular movement. When several muscle groups are working at one time performing large, physically demanding movements, the body is challenged in ways that demand a greater amount of energy which results in more calories burned and better overall fitness gains. Compound, or multi-muscle movement, also places a greater demand on the heart and lungs increasing both aerobic and an-aerobic capacity, which means that your heart and lungs are become more efficient and able to process more oxygen. This is what a healthy cardio workout should do. Instead of going on and on, please come and see for yourself. Weve got all the right moves to get you fit and healthy! We really do have fun too. Were women of all ages and shapes and sizes, moms, moms-to-be, grandmas, whatever, were all just doing our best to stay strong and healthy for ourselves and for whatever life may throw at us. So, no more wasting time and money on old exercise programs and equipment that doesnt work, join us and move forward into the new frontier of fitness!
