Still surprising (or is it?), how callous big companies can be as regards their social media communique. A friend of mine has made multiple attempts to contact Makemytrip (via email and calls), to clarify some refunds, to absolutely no avail. Shes posted screencaps on their FB page 5 times highlighting their continued inadequacy and the false promises they made to her. And STILL no response. How difficult is it to find redressal in this country? (P.S. Cleartrip was better, anyway.)
