Still trying to help an elderly lady from Corona find safe homes for many cats she has been caring for. We have helped with many cats and newborn kittens throughout the years but there are still so many that depend on her. The kids in the neighborhood leave animals on her doorstep because they know she will not turn them away. They even talked her into taking a chihuahua that had been passed from home to home and ended up on the street. The poor dog, who is a bundle of nerves, has a cigarette burn on his body. He is always hiding under a blanket or laying in a pet carrier. There are also 4 bonded senior cats that live indoors. The vacant apt (the top level of her home) that the cats live in does not have heat and the elderly lady cannot make it up the stairs to feed them daily. She does her best for all the animals by providing food and shelter but she desperately needs help. She is now in her 80s and worries about what will happen to these animals when she can no longer care for them. Here are some of the cats and the dog.
