Stitches are out; partial release for walking, biking and rowing with light weight bearing and stretching allowed. No running or impact for 10-14 days yet, but no PT required. Not going to lie to my CrossFit Coweta buds - happy to have an excuse to not do 84 Thrusters and Burpees this weekend. I did pin the doctor down on the question of when I will be able to dunk again - Never was the answer. Sounds like a challenge.
