Stolen without shame from my friend Phil, because he said it so much better than I ever could: Today is one of those select days where a common theme is posted throughout Facebook Land: for this day photos of friends and/or their family members while they served in the Armed Forces. There is no such thing as too much of those posts, and thank yall again for your selfless and meritorious service. You seldom see this on any day, but lets also take a moment to pray and think of those in countries where oppression (especially those in which women are denied of basic rights and dignity), dictatorships, corrupt justice systems and other atrocities still exist. Many have fought for our right to express ourselves freely; lets take full advantage of that blessing and pray that TRUE justice may find these oppressed lands soon.
