Stony Creek Bird Walk, Saturday, July 13, 9:00 am From Ruth Glass: This is just a reminder that the monthly bird walk will be this Saturday ($2/person). Meet at the Nature Center at 9 am to enjoy some breakfast foods from Vince & Joe’s while we decide as a group where we would like to hike and bird. July is typically the quietest month of the birding calendar year; most young have recently fledged, and fall migration has not quite started in earnest. Here are some ‘mile or less’ hikes that are up for consideration: · The Mt.
