Stop Bank Unions from Shameful Settlement. It is the time for Action Attitude of UFBU smells deep corruption If the rumors are to be believed, United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has decided to settle only for 13% increase in the salary of the bankers. There will be NO 5 days working and NO regulated working hours. This shameful and derogating settlement is the outcome of more than 2 years of negotiations and huge expenditure of the hard earned money of the bankers. If only such outcome was to be delivered what was the need of the unions ? What was the need of any negotiations ? It clearly indicates that all this delay was deliberate and pre-planned to extend the final settlement as much as possible. It also appears that there was some kind of agreement with IBA according to which neither the strikes were carried out nor the IBA came out with any respectable proposal. Unions were only interested in delay so that they can earn as much LEVY as they can.There are other rumors in the banker fraternity that the UFBU leaders have been paid handsomely to deffer the strike and scale down their demands. It is time for action It is the time to resign from all Unions. It is the time to come together and show the union leaders the true strength of young bankers. Union leaders are acting like the masters of the bankers and they are playing with the innocent bankers, especially with the future of young bankers. In fact they are playing with the whole Banking Industry and acting towards its destruction. Such shameful settlement will not send a positive message to the young and it will definitely break the dreams and they will try to avoid this sector. How anyone will love to work under such pathetic conditions ? We all need to resign from the unions not only to protest but also to save the future of the industry. Other required actions -: Spread this message and awareness among all bankers. Do it fast and make serious efforts for this. Send this message through mail, facebook, twitter, whatsapp and all other possible mediums.We are short of time and need to act before the signing of agreement between IBA and UFBU. Be prepared and ask others to stay prepared for demonstrations. We can stage demonstrations outside the homes of Union leaders and outside the meeting place of IBA and UFBU. We will finalize our demands and force our leaders to fight for them without any dilution. For instance, we may demand at least 25-30 % increase in salary for now or Central Pay Commission, 5 days working, Regulated working hours, Improvement in working conditions etc. Why to Resign from the unions ? Bankers are still very confused that they should resign from the unions or not ? Will our resignation serve the purpose or make us weak in front IBA ? Will our resignation negatively impact the wage settlement and IBA will give us less ? Dear Friends, all your queries are correct but the fact is that your resignation will not affect the settlement process at-least negatively. Yes, there will be no negative affect of your resignations but only positive. Below are some reasons. If we still want respectful salary, 5 days working, regulated working hours and other things we definitely need to Resign now. Still the agreement has not been signed and we need to act now to turn the tables. Our resignations will force them not to settle for shameful agreement. If we all come together and stage strong protests, they will be in no liberty to sign the agreement ignoring us. Unions have cheated us and they are only working to deprive us from our right of Respectfulsalaries and working conditions. If unions are depriving us from our deserving demands, they too need to be deprived from their share ofLEVY . We will snatch the luxury of levy from them with our resignations. If we will resign they will not get any share from our arrears.Our resignations will not weaken us but will give us more strength and power. We will not be members of any registered union but we all together will be a joint force with common motive.We will not break but will become more united.There are several other forums which are preparing to start new energetic and powerful unions if we all come together. These new unions will be real power of young bankers and actual flag bearers of their demands. These new unions will be driven by our force and will only work for our interests. In future if you find the conditions of old unions improving and you want to join them back you can choose that option too. Existing unions have become toothless and are critically damaged. Our resignations will help to repair them.It will force them to feel the gravity of our needs and they will take the common bankers very seriously. So it is the time to take action. You need to act now to get what you want. Your first action is to RESIGN and get as much resignations you can. We do not have much time, If we need any positive results we need to act now.
