Stop. Look. Listen. Look again. This also applies in the land of smart eating. Stop and dont be so quick to grab. Look at your choices. Listen to your body: ask yourself questions: why am I hungry ? What do I really need? And then go for it. And no its not junk. Junk food want is letting your body know its deprived of proteins. And vitamins A, and E two fat solubles. Then look again .. End result either you werent really hungry or you found exactly what you need. Rule of thumb, hunger pangs come... Then wait 15 min and see if its just your head due to a bad habit of eating and not thinking.
