Stop blaming the people who mop up the mess & start holding owners accountable. It is total BULLSHIT to keep letting the humans that are actually responsible for canines being displaced escape responsibility. Excuses- I am Moving I am pregnant The puppy got to big my dog accidently got pregnant I can no longer afford a dog I work to much She is too old to breed The dog wont stop eating my stuff The list is endless At the end of the day there ARE many resources available to meet ALL these excuses. Read a book, ask questions, do research BEFORE you get a pet. But keep up the great work BACK YARD BREEDERS... Back yard breeders are people who breed their dogs for no other reason then a quick buck. The dogs have received no medical clearance, have been proven in no discipline & our usually not stable in temperament. YAY Humans- Go stand outside shelters & bash the owners... Not the staff-
