Stop calling yourselves hackers! Wearing a mask and befriending - TopicsExpress

Stop calling yourselves hackers! Wearing a mask and befriending others who wear masks and claiming to be a part of Anonymous does not somehow inject the knowledge of hacking. It actually takes a lot of learning and most the time, 99.99%, you need to know how to program, C, C++, Java, Scripting, VB, VB.NET, BASIC, Cobal, FORTRAN, etc, and then able to understand internet and ip protocols, able to write and rewrite logs and possibly registry and dlls, able to spend hours if not days studying a site or particular hub, switch, server, router et al, able to sift through the long lines of data from a network scanner and know the basics about socket and ips and know what port sniffing is and how it works, knowing Terminal Commands and the best is VI if you dont know what this all means or is or never heard of it THEN YOUR NOT EVEN A SCRIPT KIDDY! LET ALONE A DAMNED HACKER. I have a single test I ask a person claiming to be a hacker: Ever heard of Apache Servers, its obvious we all heard of Microsoft Servers but if you havent heard of Apache Server then WHAT ARE YOU HACKING! And stop asking me to hack for you!
