Stop dating or Do It Right! The way I see it, a Date can have - TopicsExpress

Stop dating or Do It Right! The way I see it, a Date can have two purposes. (And Im including Date Night, for those of you who have been together a long time). One, is a care~free, fun, enjoyable, learning, intimate, experience that is giving, satisfying & appreciated because of what you did or where you went. The other, (the more important one in my book), is when you plan, dream & communicate. For example, having the interest not just to ask how your day was, but to genuinely stay with the subject to determine what can be done to make it Better?! What didnt you like about your day, your week? What needs to change? Baby steps, how can they help? Or asking what does Happiness look like to you AND how can we make that happen? Or, what does a successful relationship look like to you, do we have that, if not, what needs to happen to bring us closer? If travel is your thing, what trips would you like to take & how can you work together to fulfill that desire? If its your work that troubling or finances or kids or fitness or whatever, spend time sharing & working together planning, addressing & molding a game plan for things, (Life), to improve. If you dont, heres what happens. The frustration in one part of your life, (work for example), will infect all the other areas of your life & things get out of kilter, out of balance & before you know it Nothing is going right. Or worse, you suppress your dissatisfaction so as to not to appear as a complainer & the weeks turn into years & you are miserable & no closer to your dreams. Take responsibility, invest in each other, delve, build, encourage, listen, plan & then ACT! He wants the two of you to find harmony, to build a life together, do your part, start planning the Life youve always wanted. It is never too late & it will create an inseparable bond that will meld you truly be yoked as ONE. Then dont ever stop...
