Stop the detox fad this year. Also, my personal tips on how to spot fake supplements: 1) It has the label No therapeutic claims on the box (this is the only reason you need. As soon as you see this, put it down; its a waste of your money) 2) Its expensive (1k or more), but requires you to take it 3x a day (or after every meal), making the box only having good for 1 week supply. (1k per week??? Nabuang ka??) 3) Its sold by your friend/aunt/uncle/neighbor/sibling/cousin/classmate/workmate/friend-of-your-friends-fiances-2nd-cousin-twice-removed, who later schedules a meetup with you and invites you to spread the news to other people for extra income... of which you can enjoy after inviting 2 or more gullible individuals. 4) It claims to cure a wide variety of diseases, as advertised by its AM radio commercials, despite just having some dried powdered vegetable ingredient (malunggay or some weird fruit youve never heard of before) 5) Its celebrity endorsers, if any, are C or D-class celebrities whove probably missed the spotlight and are desperate to get a little cash to augment their diminishing incomes. So if you want a real supplement, try MX3.. Just kidding! Scam pud na. Pag milk nalang, or dry and crush your own vegetables into pill-sized amounts, if you still think that has enough nutrients to supplement your diet (spoiler: it does not)
