#StopAndFrisk #PoliceHarassment From an Arizonan Facebooker J. Brinkley: Shouldnt we be talking about the fact that they are applying stop and frisk practices on female j-walkers??? Or that under Arizona law, the professor is only required to provide her name, or drivers license if operating a motor vehicle? I believe with a competent lawyer, this ends in a settlement which comes out of the pockets of AZ taxpayers. REGARDLESS - as a citizen, taxpayer, and voter, this isnt how I expect our police to act.
