Stopped at Hat Creek Sunday 4/27 on my way back from the Big Stick Clinic. Overcast day but pretty windy. Trout were keying on Baetis even though only a few came off. Caught a bunch of trout on dry fly on the LTS Ephemera 9ft 5wt and LTS SX WF5F line, just a perfect setup for delicate presentations to these educated and finicky trout :-) The 4wt would have been even more perfect for the trout I caught. A super end to the weekend :-) !
