Stopped at a Bank of America branch yesterday morning to make a deposit for someone...Went to the drive-thru..Pushed the call button...Lady comes to the window and says The drive-thru is closed on Saturdays I pointed out she was standing there anyway, so why not take the deposit? She replied, Youll have to come inside sir. So..after the billions of dollars for their bailout we all paid, BOA cant afford one employee to man the drive-thru on Saturdays, but had 3 tellers standing around inside doing nothing. Can we NOT bail them out next time, please??? !!!
