Stopped by the shop to wish the mechanics Merry Christmas. Here are the latest shots of the progress on the falcon {car}. The trans is in, the new leaf springs on, one side of the headers is complete, but, the other side has to be modified to avoid the new steering rod that was put in. As you can see, new rack & pinion steering should make this car easy to steer and the new 11 in disc brakes should stop the car. The stock steering box was thrown away and steering was modified with a new steering column to accommodate the C4 3 speed transmission. The drive shaft will have to be cut to fit because the C4 is longer than the stock transmission. There are still stock pieces that have to be trimmed off the undercarriage because they are no longer needed. Its coming along.
