Stopped by to see my old man. He always tries to feed me but I find the stories he tells to be far more valuable. Today he told me about chick-o-sticks his favorite candy from back in the day. He used to save up his money, two cents, to buy a chick-o-stick. Once he bought it he would hide somewhere and eat it before any of his brothers and sisters could come and steal it from him. He specifically named Malepe (lol) as a main culprit. He remembers also buying chick-o-sticks at the commissary in prison. Similarly, in prison he had to hide the candy there too. He also had a few fob outs like he called Carls Jr, Carlos Jr and then the michael Jordan initials of MJ, he called, MG. Had a few good laughs. Enjoy the laughs with your family because you never know when they could be gone. Merry Christmas everybody.
