Stopped to get the tires rotated on Subie...after 1 hour and 50 minutes, she still sat there. That is frustrating. So I walked over to complain, but didnt...just mentioned that I need to get going (they went and pulled the car in) and went and sat back down. Then...someone tapped me on the shoulder and as I turned, it was a man and woman I didnt recognize and they said, We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your church, our daughter rides one of your buses and loves it! Sooo glad I didnt throw a consumer tantrum :-p. What is the moral of this story?
