Storm Serpentino Some of the short clips we put up makes it look - TopicsExpress

Storm Serpentino Some of the short clips we put up makes it look to easy but the truth is most of the time we have to work good fish up. We cast lures like a spin bowler two leg brakes then the one that goes straight through. The end result is an explosion if you get it right but to draw these fish into a state of aggression like this as a fisherman patience and concentration is essential. In the clip I keep saying I cast out 5 or 6 times but I actually drew the fish on the fourth I was so impatient it almost cost me and its becoming a bad habit. I hate missing fish from poor skills, go pros dont lie and by strapping one to my head I can see first hand my bad habits. I hate it so much that it takes me to another level. After I missed the strike on this fish I felt like I did go to that next level, all of a sudden I wasnt taking the convenient cast but was putting more effort into getting in the right position to lay out a series of different cast making all the right sounds but more important my anticipation of the strike was so intense which resulted in me concentrating solely on the lure and thats when the fraction of a second that it takes the fish to strike seems like an eternity. Like the ABT boys say he who shares wins and you know there right.
